Photograph Monsoon Storms

June 15th is the "official" beginning of our monsoon season. Get your camera ready.

For this summer one of the individual challenges is to photograph monsoons where ever you are.

Arizona has a well know monsoon season. Our storms can be dramatic and dangerous. Your mission, if you chose to accept it, is to SAFELY photograph the storms we have this summer. 

Below is a link to a YouTube video that I found informative and entertaining. There's a commercial at the end, but other than that I hope it gives you information you can use to capture or create your own amazing monsoon photos.

Please "register" if you are going to photograph monsoons. That way we'll know how many of us will be submitting photos. Thank you.

Your photographs can be submitted for the May 2024 field trip meeting.
