TRAVELOGUE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

This Travelogue show offers a chance to share images from 1 or 2 of your travel destinations.

For this year's Travelogue show, based on your feedback, we've refined the format. We’d like to include a photographic learning experience in this show, too, so please be ready to answer these questions about your photos:

a) Did you take these photos as snapshot for a memory or were you trying to craft an artistic image?

b) What inspired your choice of these photos? Why these over others?

c) Did you face any challenges while capturing these images?

d) Did you use any special equipment or photographic techniques?

For the current show, you can upload up to 10 photographs. These could be 10 photos from a single trip or 5 photos each from 2 trips. Alternatively, you can submit fewer photos for a specific trip if you prefer.

While ideally showcasing trips taken between last Fall to now, this isn't mandatory. If you haven't traveled within this period, you can create a Travelogue about a local experience or exploration in Tucson.

Follow these steps for your Travelogue:

1) Pick up to 10 photos, either for one Travelogue or split into two with up to 5 photos each (or fewer photos if you prefer).

2) Name your photos as follows:

(First Name) (Last Name) – (Trip Name) (Photo Number)

For example: Joe Smith - Grand Canyon1. Each photo needs to be numbered in case we have so many entries that we have to cut a few.

4) Keep your Travelogue narrative to a maximum of 10 minutes. Please rehearse your Travelogue(s) ahead of time.

The deadline to submit your Travelogue photos is November 1, 2023. We can’t wait to see what you submit!
