The March 2025 "Monthly Assignment" is "Long Exposure Photography". We will start the session with an introduction to this photographic technique and show some example images. Elements that lend themselves to this type of image are water (waterfalls, rivers, oceans, windswept lakes, etc.), clouds, swirling leaves in a pond, starscapes (is that a word?), and night exposures with moving lights (vehicles moving in the frame for example). Members can bring their own cameras for individual instruction on how to make the necessary adjustments for a long exposure image. Other photo topics can be discussed if members have other questions.
