Now we try to use open space in the photographs to draw focus to your subject.  Use it to create balance, harmonious eye catching images.  It is necessary for the subject to have visual breathing room.  The positive space is your subject and it is emphasized by this negative space around it.  Just like a blurred background enhances the subject.  Upload your images to the website in the monthly assignment gallery using the naming convention.

We will have a slideshow of the entries on the 27th of June beginning at 9:00 AM Arizona time followed by a preview of July's Monthly Assignment, Travel.
