• 1)      Approve the minutes of the November 5^th, 2025, BOD Meeting
• 2)      New BOD members (Sharon Cotter, Rodger Bivens) …welcome, duties.

• a.     Mark will contact Dave Burgess to determine if he is willing to continue his sessions on Camera 101, etc
• b.    Byron will send out a note to the club membership to ascertain their interest in a program to teach basic photo-editing, e.g., with Photoshop Elements.
• c.     Bob will bring up the need for someone to take on the Nature Photography SIG at the upcoming Saturday meeting
• d.    Bob will contact John Triebe about continuing the SONY SIG.
